This workshop explores the positive attributes that assist us in expressing more harmony with ourselves and in the world. Each week we dive deep into a different value such as peace, love, truth, right conduct, non violence which are our true positive inner traits.
You can take 1 class or all.

Two guided meditations are used to anchor more love and light into your being.

Creative art is used to explore and express these supportive life changing attributes.

Focusing on the positive qualities that strengthen your inner guidance or gut feeling.
