Donna MArie is an outstanding teacher with a beautiful, grounded, heart centered approach to the classroom. In this spectacular class, she incorporates all learning styles: visual, auditory and kinesthetic and uses video, music, creative tasks and collective singing and movement to teach awareness and the five values of love, truth, peace, non-violence, and right conduct.

I experienced this with an adult group, but the class can be taught to all ages. We got to play and work together as we were guided through a series of transformative and centering activities.
